Privacy Policy
The short version: you don't need an account. Your progress is saved only on your phone. If you race online, the game server sees the name you choose and your race data. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID; you can limit this in your phone's settings and in the game's Ad privacy options.
This policy explains how Kode4u ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Rush Bike: World Tour (the "Game") for Android and iOS and on this website, rushbike.kode4u.tech.
1. Information we collect
| What | When | Why | Where it's kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Game progress: coins, bikes, upgrades, settings, best times, your rider name | Always | To save your game | Only on your device. We never receive it. |
| Rider name you type, bike choice and colour, live position and race actions | Only when you join an online race | To run the race with other players | Our game server, in memory for the race only |
| Rider name and best lap/race time per track | When you finish an online race | World leaderboard | Our game server until you ask us to remove it |
| IP address and connection time | Online races and website visits | Connecting you, security and abuse prevention | Server logs, kept for up to 30 days |
| Advertising ID, device and app information, approximate location (from IP), ad interactions, crash/diagnostic data | When ads are shown | Showing and measuring ads, preventing fraud | Google AdMob (see below) |
Please don't use your real full name or personal details as your rider name, since other players can see it.
We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise GPS location, microphone or camera data, and the Game has no in-app purchases, so we never handle payment details.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows rewarded ads (which you choose to watch for a bonus) and occasional full-screen ads between solo races, provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use the advertising ID and other device information listed above, and may use cookies or similar technologies, to show ads and measure their performance. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland or a region with similar laws, the Game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy options.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
3. How we share information
- Other players in an online race see your rider name, bike and position. The world leaderboard shows rider names and times to everyone.
- Google AdMob receives the advertising data described above.
- Hosting provider that runs our server stores the server logs on our behalf.
- Legal reasons: if required by law or to protect players and the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Security
Online races and this website use encrypted connections (HTTPS / secure WebSockets). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we keep what we store to the minimum needed.
5. Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
- Play offline: solo races never contact our server.
- Delete your progress: uninstall the Game or clear its app data. Because we never receive it, there is nothing for us to delete.
- Leaderboard removal: email us your rider name and the track, and we'll remove your entries.
- Ads: use the in-game Ad privacy options and your device's ad settings described in section 2.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when the Game changes. We'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the Game or on this page.
